Venue
The venue for the Optional Technical Training and the E-AHPBA Level 1 Robotic Course is the ORSI Academy (address: Proefhoevestraat 12, 9090 Melle).
Practical
On Monday morning, November 25th, the Optional Technical Training starts at 08:00 am. The participants will be picked up at the lobby of the Harmony Hotel at 07:20 am for transfer to the ORSI Academy. After the Optional Technical Training, you will be brought back to the hotel.
The day after, on Tuesday morning, November 26th, the course will start at 08:30 am at the ORSI Academy. All participants will be picked up at 07:50 am at the lobby of the IHarmony Hotel for transfer to ORSI. That day the course ends around 16:30.
Please let us know if you need a taxi after the robotic course on Tuesday November 26th (not included in the registration fee) as transport isn’t provided that day.
Social program
Monday evening November 25th at 19:30: Culinary walk in Ghent.
The tour will start at the Sint-Michiels church. This is 8 minutes walk from the hotel.

Cultural Ghent
The location of the E-AHPBA Level 1 Robotic Course is Ghent. Only few places in West-Europe have such a rich history, culture and vivacity as Ghent.
Because of ‘The worship of the Lamb of God”, the Sint-Baafscathedral and the view from the Sint-Michielsbridge, the classical part of Ghent is definitely worth a visit. Despite its historical value, Ghent is on the other hand no lively museum, but a mix of the magnificent past with contemporary cultural expressions and various shopping opportunities.
This combination makes Ghent a vivacious city with an open unforced atmosphere, which is appreciated by the residents, students and many visitors.
The versatility of the city gets more and more international recognition. Ghent is proclaimed by the Unesco to ‘Creative City for Music’ and may call itself ‘veggie city’ of Europe.

Travel
Arrival in Brussels
We suggest to take the train from Brussels Airport (airport train station is located below the terminal (basement level -1)) to Gent-Sint-Pieters station. A taxi is also possible, but will cost more and lasts longer (frequent traffic jam). Travel time: 1 hour by car between the Brussels Airport and the ORSI Academy (in case of no traffic jam). You can book your round-trip ticket in advance through the NMBS website.
Arrival in Brussels South Charleroi
From the Brussels South Charleroi airport you can take a shuttle service to the Brussels Midi (South) railway station. From this railway station you can take the train to the Gent-Sint-Pieters-Station.
